Photon rejuvenation (IPL) uses 400-1200nm wide spectrum intense pulsed light to treat superficial skin pigment and blood vessel problems. However, because the spectrum contains multiple wavelengths, the photon energy cannot be concentrated directly to the lesion, requiring multiple treatments.
